What you'd actually do

  1. Lead enterprise wide or division wide initiatives with cross-functional bank operations impact by providing strategic direction to stakeholders
  2. Build relationships with cross-functional project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to hold accountability and effectively drive project delivery
  3. Work autonomously to proactively design and evolve project plans, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  4. Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  5. Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 6 years of Project Management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree
  • At least 8 years of Project Management experience
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
