Manager, Project Manager- Sales

This role is a Project Management Manager focused on the Sales Line of Business within Capital One Auto Sales. The primary responsibility is to lead strategic initiatives for the Enable Sales Command Center, which designs, manages, and improves processes to drive growth for Sales Associates and Dealer partners. The role involves leading complex programs, ensuring execution and risk management, and cultivating cross-functional partnerships to deliver impactful results for dealer customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategically Lead Complex Programs: Drive and govern moderate to large-scale, complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction, establishing clear structure, and developing adaptive project plans to meet changing requirements.
  2. Ensure Flawless Execution & Risk Management: Oversee meticulous project documentation to mitigate risk, ensure accountability, and deliver all initiatives on time and to intended goals.
  3. Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner and influence stakeholders across all levels of the company, providing strategic thought partnership and leveraging exceptional communication skills to secure alignment and drive commitment delivery.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 Years of Project Management experience

Nice to have

  • Masters / MBA degree
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
