Manager, Redeployment Analytics will lead analytical and decision-support capabilities for effective allocation and redeployment of global orthopedic assets. This role involves developing analytical models, scenario planning, and prioritization frameworks to assess incoming redeployment supply and align it with high-value commercial opportunities. It also owns the S&OE sub-process for redeployment prioritization and allocation, and plays a key role in developing scalable analytical and AI-enabled capabilities for the long-term evolution of the global redeployment operating model.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop analytical capabilities to assess redeployable supply based on product configuration, set composition, lifecycle status, regulatory considerations, and financial value.
  2. Partner closely with international commercial and asset management teams to understand demand opportunities, growth priorities, and asset requirements.
  3. Own the redeployment prioritization and allocation process within S&OE governance forums.
  4. Develop scalable analytical tools, dashboards, and decision-support capabilities to support redeployment planning and execution.
  5. Identify opportunities to embed AI and advanced analytics into redeployment processes, including scenario generation, optimization modeling, prioritization logic, and predictive insights.
