Samsara is seeking a Renewals Manager to lead and scale their EMEA renewals function. This role will focus on retention, renewal forecasting, and churn mitigation, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales management background, experience with high-volume customers, and a proven track record in a performance-driven sales environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Continually maintain and share accurate renewal results, forecasts, and customer trends
  2. Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Executives on account strategy
  3. Deliver against targets on a team and individual level
  4. Step into strategic renewals and complex deals to support your team.
  5. Embed a value led renewals motion

Skills

Required

  • Sales management experience
  • Experience with high volume SMB/MM to large Enterprise customers
  • Exceptional track record of overperformance
  • Ability to hire, train, manage, and motivate sales teams
  • Interpersonal, networking and influencing skills with executive level comms
  • Empathy towards customers
  • Passion for revenue and growth

Nice to have

  • Renewals and SaaS experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
