This role is for a Revenue Operations Manager responsible for driving the systems, data, and processes that power the go-to-market engine. Key responsibilities include owning the monthly commission calculation process, maintaining commission plan documentation, serving as the primary point of contact for commission inquiries, and leading the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a commission automation platform. The role requires strong Salesforce proficiency, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience implementing commission automation tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end monthly commission calculation process for all quota-carrying roles, ensuring accuracy and on-time payout.
  2. Maintain commission plan documentation, policies, and rep-facing resources.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for commission inquiries, disputes, and exception handling.
  4. Partners cross functionally to reconcile payouts and support compensation-related audits and reporting.
  5. Identify manual, inefficient workflows in the compensation and RevOps stack and build scalable solutions.
