This role focuses on designing, implementing, and governing global sales incentive plans to align with business objectives, motivate sales teams, and ensure compliance. It involves cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, and GTM leaders, modeling performance, operationalizing programs, and managing a Senior Commission Analyst. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in sales strategy or finance, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce or Anaplan.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own Plan Design and Governance. Define and lead plan strategy the development and quarterly refresh of all Sales Incentive Plans across segments and regions, ensuring alignment to business strategy and pay philosophy.
  2. Partner Cross-Functionally. Act as a trusted strategic partner to Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR and GTM leadership - influencing executive decisions, reconciling tradeoffs between cost and behavior, and driving alignment for plan changes.
  3. Model and Analyze Performance. Build, own and present robust models and scenario analyses (cost, attainment, payout, quota-setting) to inform strategy and enable confident executive decision-making.
  4. Operationalize Programs at Scale. Drive documentation, communications, and change management to ensure plans are implemented accurately and efficiently across markets and increasing headcount.
  5. Manage and Develop Talent. Lead and coach a Senior Commission Analyst, supporting prioritization, professional growth, and excellence in plan administration.
