Salesforce is looking for a Manager, Sales to lead a team of Business Development Representatives or Account Executives selling the Salesforce Customer Success Platform. The role involves formulating and implementing strategies to increase business growth, managing client engagement, and coaching the team to achieve revenue and quota objectives. The candidate will work in partnership with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, and HR.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hire, Train, and Develop a team
  2. Develop teams into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
  3. Create Industry Specific Pipeline Programs to drive Pipeline and Revenue
  4. Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  5. Regularly report on Team/Individual Results - Pipeline Generation, Quality of Pipeline, Revenue Forecasting
