What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to sales, operations, and HR leaders on sales compensation best practices, ensuring channel objectives are appropriately reflected in plan design components.
  2. Lead multiple concurrent workstreams focused on the design and governance of sales compensation plans for Comcast’s residential sales channels
  3. Clearly articulate compensation concepts, tradeoffs, and recommendations to both senior leadership and team level audiences.
  4. Connect business strategy and channel goals to required data inputs, modeling approaches, and plan design requirements.
  5. Demonstrate advanced technical understanding of compensation-related datasets, data structures, and modeling capabilities to validate team output and ensure analytical accuracy.
