Manager for Rivian's Sales & Delivery in Park Meadows, responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing customer engagement and vehicle delivery, managing a team, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and customer-first approach.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure that the customer experience is best-in-class across your region: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with Rivian’s core values and culture
  2. Drive sales performance and execute strategic initiatives across your location(s) to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
  3. Own, track, and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring the team is invested in the related company-wide strategic objectives while driving individual location and employee performance
  4. Responsible for ensuring flawless execution across all stages of the vehicle delivery process—including vehicle preparation, customer paperwork, logistics coordination, and final vehicle handoff
  5. Partner with Service, Vehicle Operations and other departments to analyze operations and processes to recommend changes that will drive efficiency and lower operating expenses

  • Field sales experience

  • P&L management
  • POS and CRM software expertise
  • Human resources expertise (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, performance management)
  • Valid driver's license and exceptional driving record
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
