Gong is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead a team focused on prospecting and pipeline generation for their AI-powered Revenue AI Operating System. The role involves hiring, coaching, and managing Sales Development Representatives, developing outbound and inbound strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture. This is a leadership role within the sales organization, not a technical AI role.
