This role is for a Manager, Sales Development, responsible for hiring, mentoring, and growing a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate prospect leads and sales pipeline volume. The role focuses on team management, coaching, and sales strategy within the company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hire, oversee, and train a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR)
  2. Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, teaching them how to assess company needs, cater strategically to each prospect, and handle potential objections
  3. Motivate your team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives to meet all goals
  4. Provide growth opportunities for SDRs to develop into full-cycle sales representatives
  5. Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts for the senior leadership team
