Manager of Sales Development to lead a team focused on driving demand for Hightouch's AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching SDRs, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership on demand generation strategy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hire, train, and develop a team of outbound SDRs
  2. Coach your team on prospecting and campaign development through 1:1s, call reviews, email coaching, and other formats as needed
  3. Monitor and report on the team’s performance against input and output metrics
  4. Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on demand generation strategy, sales play development, messaging, and more
  5. Support the sales leadership in defining the team’s operating model, targets, and headcount needs
