Manager, Sales Development - UK

This role is for a Sales Development Manager at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company that uses an AI-native platform. The manager will lead a team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives, focusing on building top-of-funnel pipelines, driving outbound strategy, and collaborating with sales and marketing. The role requires experience as an SDR Leader or sales manager, with a preference for hi-tech and cybersecurity backgrounds. Experience with Salesforce and BI tools is necessary.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach and mentor a team of 6+ Enterprise Sales Development Reps
  2. Coaching reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into whitespace Enterprises and also increasing cross-sell into existing Enterprise customers
  3. Coach and develop reps on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals opportunities
  4. Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit + marketing campaigns are being executed on to drive results
  5. Partner closely with Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to execute on territory plans, run high-impact campaigns and continuously refine our prospecting approach to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding customer base

Skills

Required

  • Experience as a SDR Leader or sales manager
  • Experience driving business results for a hi-tech company
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau
  • Proven ability to hire, develop and promote top sales talent
  • Project Management experience
  • An engaging communication style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop your team
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic/Benelux language

  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape
  • Cyber Security industry experience
  • Advanced experience using Salesforce CRM to monitor lead flow, SDR activity metrics, pipeline coverage, and forecasted impact
