Manager, Sales Finance EMEA role focused on providing financial insight, revenue forecasting, and commercial decision support to the EMEA sales organization. The role involves building analytical frameworks, leading the development of executive materials, partnering with data and BI teams, and connecting large datasets to surface insights. It requires a strategic thinker with an engineer-minded approach to data and finance, comfortable with ambiguity and operating across strategic, analytical, and execution modes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted finance business partner to EMEA sales and commercial leadership; providing clear, data-backed recommendations on revenue performance, growth opportunities, and resource allocation.
  2. Support and maintain EMEA revenue forecasting: working alongside quantitative projection models, adding commercial context, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating outcomes to leadership.
  3. Build and manage analytical frameworks for the EMEA P&L: take-rate monitoring, contra management, OPEX tracking, and headcount planning.
  4. Lead the development of executive-level materials: weekly revenue commentary, quarterly business reviews, and exec-ready presentations, that translate complex financial dynamics into clear narratives.
  5. Partner with Business Strategy & Activation, BI, Systems Engineering, and Data teams to improve reporting infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and build scalable, repeatable analytical processes.
