Manager, Sales (growth)

This is a Sales Manager role focused on growing the customer base for Vanta, a trust management platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives, equipping them with the tools and guidance to succeed in fast-paced, founder-led sales cycles.
  2. Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and ownership of the full sales cycle.
  3. Build and refine repeatable sales playbooks and processes that can scale as the team grows.
  4. Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring visibility for leadership and investors.
  5. Partner closely with early customers to understand their needs and influence Vanta’s product roadmap.
