Manager, Sales Programs

Salesforce is seeking a Manager to drive UK & Ireland (UKI) Sales Programs growth. This role involves designing and executing sales programs to generate pipeline and drive revenue, acting as a business partner to Sales Leaders. The position requires strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills, with experience in sales strategy and operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with a Sales Leader and their team to understand pipeline needs and develop targeted sales programs that drive measurable results.
  2. Design and execute structured, prescriptive sales programs — from concept through to tracking outcomes and adapting based on lessons learned.
  3. Proactively analyse data to identify opportunities to increase productivity and seller success, bringing ideas to leaders without being asked.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders including Sales Strategy, Enablement, Field & Product Marketing, and the broader Productivity team to deliver programs that meet sales team needs.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Proven ability to design and execute revenue-producing sales programs and go-to-market strategies, with experience drawing actionable insights from data.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
