Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers, overseeing the operational lead for the team. Focus on building processes and infrastructure to support technical experts, identifying gaps in tooling and workflows, and ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem is secure, performant, and scalable. Drive team performance using data and metrics, and refine CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a team of Admins and Developers, focusing on career development, skill-gap identification, and a high-performance culture.
  2. Track KPIs to measure engineering velocity, deployment success, and platform health to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Autonomously identify and bridge gaps in internal workflows, from intake and grooming to deployment and documentation.
  4. Analyze how contributors interact with the development pipeline to ensure balanced workloads and remove roadblocks.
  5. Evaluate and implement DevOps, monitoring, and QA tools to empower the team and ensure platform stability.
