What you'd actually do

  1. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager is a high impact coaching role responsible for training and developing new representatives during their ramp period.
  2. The SDR Manager candidate must possess the ability to train and motivate new Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed ramp quota.
  3. Must be eager to coach, teach, and monitor business metrics and individual KPIs.
  4. Regular productive and proactive communication, coordination, and collaboration with business partners in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Human Resources, Business Development, Marketing, and Demand Generation is required.
  5. The expectation is to provide meaningful feedback and coaching to each new member of the SDR team; help establish accountability to meeting professional goals and business commitments.
