Manager / Senior Manager, Enablement Business Partner

Salesforce is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Enablement Business Partner to lead strategic initiatives for their Regulated Industries and Canada sales teams. This role will own the end-to-end enablement roadmap, focusing on talent development, GTM execution, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven track record in sales enablement and understanding of sales roles and activities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of the end-to-end Enablement strategy, plans, calendar and agenda for the Enterprise and Commercial Sales Organizations.
  2. Analyzes and interprets key sales metrics, to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
  3. Understands Sales Industry and GTM approach and uses knowledge to build credibility and trust with Sales Leaders.
  4. Demonstrates thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies.
  5. As an active Business Partner, the EBP engages stakeholders cross-functionally to design and deliver an aligned Enablement plan.

Skills

Required

  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes with ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Analytical skill set to drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
  • Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior level
  • 7+ years combined experience in Sales and Sales Enablement function with experience with all Sales roles and Sales activities
  • Proven track record of executional excellence

Nice to have

  • Understanding of industry Go-To-Market motions
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Masters Degree or degree in Learning Architecting or Instructional Design a plus
