Manager / Senior Manager, Global Income Tax

UiPath is seeking a Global Income Tax leader to manage the Company's U.S. federal, state, and international corporate income tax matters. This hands-on role encompasses global tax compliance, tax controversy, international tax planning, and strategic tax support for business initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical tax knowledge with practical experience supporting a multinational public company. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, HR, business leaders, and external advisors to manage compliance, evaluate tax implications, and identify planning opportunities that support UiPath's continued global growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the Company's global corporate income tax compliance process, including U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign income tax filings, in coordination with external tax advisors.
  2. Review U.S. federal, state, and international income tax returns, information reporting, workpapers, and related supporting documentation.
  3. Oversee foreign corporate income tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and help ensure timely, accurate completion of local filing obligations.
  4. Provide technical expertise on U.S. federal, state, and international corporate income tax matters, including NCTI/GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, BEAT, Pillar Two, and other evolving cross-border tax rules.
  5. Monitor legislative, regulatory, and administrative developments and assess their impact on the Company's tax positions, operations, and compliance obligations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Eight or more years of progressive corporate income tax experience in public accounting and/or a multinational corporation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and international corporate income tax.
  • Experience managing U.S. and global corporate income tax compliance for a multinational organization.
  • Experience with international tax planning, cross-border transactions, tax controversy, and corporate restructurings.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, post-acquisition integrations, or similar strategic transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external advisors and collaborate effectively with cross-functional business partners.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

  • CPA, MST, JD, or another relevant advanced degree or professional credential.
  • Experience with a publicly traded multinational technology, software, or SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting a global tax function across multiple jurisdictions and working effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, data analytics, or digital technologies to improve tax processes, compliance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with intelligent automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or agentic automation technologies to streamline tax operations, data collection, and reporting processes
