Manager, Site Management and Workplace Experience at GEICO, responsible for enhancing the associate experience through onsite activations, managing facility and security needs, collaborating on community engagement, and overseeing budgeting and data analysis for site improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with various departments to enhance the associate experience through onsite activations such as holidays luncheons, conferences, Community, Belonging and Engagement events, and other initiatives
  2. Advocate for the various facility and security needs of the office, working as a liaison with IT, Facilities and security to ensure associates have proper equipment, furniture, food services, etc.
  3. Collaborate with our Community, Belonging and Engagement team for community engagement while overseeing GEICO cares and relationships with the chamber of commerce and other local partners
  4. Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues at our sites and crafting viable solutions to diagnosis them.
