Manager, Software Engineer role leading the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions with strong integration into Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role blends hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture ownership, and people management to deliver enterprise-scale CRM and ERP solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) with integrations to D365 F&O.
  2. Define and own the technical architecture ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  3. Maintain hands‑on involvement in CE customizations including: Plug‑ins, workflows, business rules, and forms; Model‑driven and canvas apps; Power Automate flows and custom APIs
  4. Design and oversee integrations across CE, F&O, Power Platform, Azure services, and third‑party ISVs using: OData and REST/SOAP APIs; Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory; Dual Write / Dataverse integrations
  5. Manage and mentor D365 CE engineering teams, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development.
