  2. Strategic Delivery: Own the regional technical services roadmap. Oversee the execution of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with world-class technical integrity.
  3. Transformative Innovation: Be the "Technical Innovator." Challenge the status quo of manual services by implementing AI-driven workflows, automated data migration tools, and LLM-powered internal efficiencies.
  4. The "Architect of Architects": Provide high-level technical oversight for complex custom integrations, API consultations, and tailored code solutions. Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with monday.com’s core architecture.
  5. AI Transformation: Consult with our enterprise clients on how to leverage AI within their workflows, turning "AI potential" into "Customer Value" through custom-built solutions.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in technical roles (Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting) within the B2B SaaS space
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical teams
  • Proven track record of using AI/LLMs or automation to optimise internal processes or build new product offerings
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Comfortable diving into code (Node.js/JavaScript preferred), API documentation, and complex data schemas
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of professional services projects
  • Creative problem-solving skills
