What you'd actually do

  1. Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool
  2. Oversee a team of Solutions Architects
  3. Help our partners deliver best-in-class services to our customers, allowing us to efficiently scale the impact of our product
  4. Develop new service offerings based on customer / market need
  5. Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer
  • 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience, or demonstrated success in mentoring and influencing other SAs in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
  • Exceptional technical communication skills, translating customer requirements between business and technical teams to drive successful implementations
  • Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time solutions during technical discussions
