Manager Solutions Consulting for Creative Innovation & AI at Adobe, focusing on leading a team of Solutions Consultants to help enterprise customers understand and adopt Adobe's next-generation AI-powered creativity and productivity portfolio, including generative AI, agentic workflows, and content supply chain solutions. The role involves customer engagement, team coaching, and strategic input to product and sales leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. You lead a focused team of Solutions Consultants dedicated to Adobe's next-generation Creativity & Productivity portfolio: scaled content production, reimagined Content Supply Chain architecture, agentic AI approaches, Document and Business Productivity systems — powered by Adobe Firefly Foundry, Adobe Express for Enterprise, Frame.io, GenStudio, and the solutions still taking shape.
  2. As a player-coach, you stay active in strategic customer opportunities — leading workshops, executive briefings, and proof of concepts alongside your team.
  3. You build the team: coaching, developing, and creating the conditions for consistent, high-quality execution.
  4. You bring the team's field perspective into pipeline reviews and leadership discussions — representing what you see from customers, where gaps exist, and where the market is heading.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years as a Solutions Consultant or in a comparable pre-sales role
  • strong expertise in enterprise SaaS and digital content technologies
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven content tools, creative automation, digital asset management, or content supply chain solutions
  • Experience mentoring or leading peers, and readiness to take on formal management responsibility
  • Strong commercial instinct
  • Fluent in German and English
  • comfortable engaging from practitioner to C-level
  • Familiar with the Central European enterprise landscape and DACH customer expectations
