  • 3+ years experience leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers
  • Direct accountability for team performance, mentorship, and feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Hands-on problem solver

  • Experience with light scripting, querying, or prototyping
