What you'd actually do

  1. Solution Engineering leaders prioritise the success of their team. You are responsible for collaborating with your team to foster their professional growth through well-defined development plans and targeted experiences.
  2. You own and report on the business impact of your team as they work with prospects who are evaluating Okta’s products.
  3. Team activities include demonstrations, technical deep dives, trials and POCs.
  4. You will actively work on deals, proposing strategies to help ensure the success of opportunities. This includes frequently participating in remote deal support.
  5. You will consistently foster a sense of “team within a team” by collaborating with the broader GIC and presales teams and business units at Okta.
