What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and prospects and work with sales and customer success to connect solutions to customers' business needs.
  2. Build technical proof of concepts/demos/tools to demonstrate value to customers at scale
  3. Provide expert knowledge and answer technical questions to help customers integrate Notion with their existing tools and workflows.
  4. Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires in a precise and timely manner.
  5. Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party resources for any required integrations, workflows, or security configurations.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years directly managing, inspiring and mentoring a team of Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects with a wide range of experience
  • Experience as a SE team leader building strong partnerships with sales leaders, and working on various initiatives and enablement activities to achieve sales goals.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple other roles (AE, CS, CX, PS, etc.) in a SaaS GTM organization, with thoughtful perspectives on appropriate role and responsibilities.
  • You’ve built strong relationships with product, marketing and sales enablement teams
  • You’ve helped customers understand how to leverage SaaS APIs and admin and end-user integrations as part of an integrated solution
  • You have initiated and managed complex projects to completion
  • You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team
  • You’re highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

  • You have experience using Notion
  • You’re knowledgeable about large language models and have experience using AI-based tools to improve your daily workflows
  • You have coding experience that would enable you to write basic scripts using the Notion API
