This role is for a Manager/Sr. Manager of Leadership Development at Lila Sciences, a company focused on Scientific Superintelligence™. The individual will own the design, execution, and refinement of leadership development programs, specifically the Echelon program. This is a hands-on role requiring strong content and curriculum development skills, program management, stakeholder communication, and a builder's mindset. Responsibilities include leading program design, building learning content, managing the program calendar and logistics, overseeing the budget and vendor relationships, and developing measurement frameworks to demonstrate business impact. The role requires 5+ years of experience in leadership development or talent development programs, strong project management, curriculum development experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in biotech or AI organizations and familiarity with AI tools for content development are considered bonuses.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design, refinement, and execution of Echelon, our flagship leadership development and cultural program, driving curriculum quality, participant experience, and continuity across cohorts
  2. Partner with internal SMEs, executive sponsors, and external content providers to design, build, and continuously refine learning content, materials, and program structure
  3. Own the end-to-end program calendar, cohort logistics, and operational cadence for Echelon and adjacent leadership development programming, partnering with EAs to manage scheduling, logistics, and day-of details, and proactively identifying and addressing changes as they arise to ensure a seamless participant experience
  4. Manage the program budget, vendor relationships, and external facilitator engagements, ensuring strong ROI and a high-quality participant experience
  5. Build and maintain measurement frameworks (engagement, learning outcomes, behavior change, business impact) that demonstrate the value of leadership development investments to HR and executive leadership

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience designing and running leadership development, learning & development, or talent development programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience building or significantly refining curriculum, learning content, and program materials
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical instincts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
