What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of 10+ Sales Assist Representatives, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  2. Drive the team to meet and exceed revenue and customer growth goals while improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the Sales-Assist motion.
  3. Identify and run high-impact programs and experiments that improve conversion, expansion, routing, prioritization, and sales productivity across the Sales-Assist funnel.
  4. Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  5. Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, chat reviews, call reviews, deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and career development planning.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of SaaS growth sales or upsell experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales or upsell teams
  • experience designing and operationalizing growth programs, sales plays, or GTM experiments
  • experience working with global or distributed teams
