This role is a Manager of Platform Innovation Sales responsible for leading a team of front line sales reps, driving sales performance for new product adoption goals. The role involves hiring, developing, and performance managing talent, building an inclusive environment, and partnering with S&O teams to drive adoption of nascent platform bets in restaurant technology. The role requires building a team and a new business from 0 to 1, focusing on product-market fit and scaling learnings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build the team. You will have the opportunity to build a team, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top sales talent.
  2. Build a new business. This team is responsible for our most nascent bets; as a Sales Manager, will work with your internal partners to concurrently improve our offering and find new and creative avenues for adoption.
  3. Drive a high performing sales team. We have lofty goals and a team of sellers excited to make an impact. You will connect the dots between the two, scaling learnings and driving a high performance culture via 1:1 coaching, deal strategy and pipeline reviews.
  4. Learn from the front to enhance our customers’ and employees’ experiences. Our leaders are as customer obsessed as our front line sellers. As a Platform Innovation Sales leader, you will leverage your own learnings from conversations with merchants to build better processes aimed at enhancing our value prop to our customers and employees.
