This role focuses on scaling Uber's global merchant self-serve business by defining and driving strategy for merchant acquisition, onboarding, and engagement through product-led growth, sales, operational improvements, performance marketing, and pricing/promotions. It involves partnering with various teams to simplify and automate the merchant journey and evolve sales/operations models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the growth strategy for the Delivery Self Serve merchant acquisition and engagement engine
  2. Drive execution of strategic initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc, to deliver a best in class self-serve experiences for Uber merchants
  3. Harness your analytical skills to monitor performance and uncover actionable insights that shape strategy and drive decision-making
  4. Partner with Product to drive automation and enhancement of the end-to-end self-serve experience. Represent the voice of the customer with insights based on merchant research and feedback. Drive continuous alignment between tech and business priorities
  5. Work closely with Marketing to define success criteria, targeting requirements, and ROI methodology to inform digital acquisition and engagement campaigns, optimizing funnel efficiency and retention
