Manager for a team of Success Guides focused on virtual delivery of 1:1 educational engagements with customers to increase adoption, provide best practices, and ensure customer success. The role involves hiring, training, coaching, managing team capacity, and driving productivity targets. It also requires reporting on engagement activity and metrics, shadowing engagements for quality, identifying skill gaps, and leading the team with empathy and inclusion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own all facets of day-to-day management of the Success Guide team including:
  2. Training and career development.
  3. Coaching to drive high-quality deliveries that lead to successful customer business outcomes.
  4. Managing team capacity and driving productivity targets.
  5. Manage a high performing team that consistently delivers on and/or exceeds, the high standards of the team and makes a strong impact to Salesforce.

  • 3 years of people management experience
