Manager of Supply Chain Programs responsible for supervising and managing multiple Supply Chain Project Managers in planning, executing, and completing GSC projects within timeline and budget, including managing Earned Value budgets and estimates. This role acts as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure supply chain commitments are met and developing mitigation plans for programmatic risks related to suppliers. The role involves developing material strategy, leading GSC activities in the Business Acquisition Process, ensuring complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement strategies. Accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and issue resolution. Briefs PMO and executive management on program cost and schedule performance status and issues.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supervising and managing multiple Supply Chain Project Managers in planning, executing, and successfully completing GSC projects within the allotted timeline and budget including managing Earned Value budgets and estimates.
  2. Acts as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers.
  3. Develops the material strategy and lead the activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
  4. Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies.
  5. Leads GSC Program execution and will be accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution.
