Required

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management
  • significant emphasis on process development, optimization, and regulatory compliance within the Aerospace & Defense industry
  • Proven track record of successfully interpreting and implementing complex federal regulations such as DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and FAR
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and auditing robust internal controls and compliance programs
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and process mapping tools

  • Master's degree
  • Strong understanding and practical application of commercial supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
