Manager, Supply Chain Programs at Johnson & Johnson, responsible for end-to-end supply chain program execution and portfolio management for the SV Implants portfolio. What you'd actually do

  1. Deploy and support management of standardized processes and tools to support project, program, and portfolio management, ensuring consistency, transparency, and accountability across the organization
  2. Enable effective end-to-end execution management across projects and programs, ensuring alignment of portfolio activities with supply chain priorities and business objectives
  3. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute complex supply chain initiatives and support lifecycle and portfolio strategies
  4. Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives; proactively identify risks and ensure appropriate mitigation and contingency plans are in place
  5. Develop and implement processes to ensure the supply chain organization is informed, engaged, and prepared to execute complex supply chain program strategies
