What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively and independently building alignment on decisions within a project while developing a “trusted partner” relationship with senior HR leaders and partners
  2. Communicating results of statistical analyses, along with their implications, to technical and non-technical audiences in order to drive significant decisions
  3. Leading the design, development, validation, testing, and implementation of practical, effective, defensible, and candidate-friendly products and selection tools and processes
  4. Mentoring or coaching team members to improve interaction models and build trust
  5. Overseeing the development and maintenance of large data sets for analyses on various selection and assessment programs
