Manager, Talent & Growth for Disney in India, responsible for people and team capability building, talent development, performance management, and inclusion. This role involves collaborating with local HR business partners to design and deliver learning, leadership, talent, and inclusion solutions, and scaling these offerings across India. The position also partners with global teams to execute organization development and culture initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategically build partnership with local Business Leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to analyze, plan, and implement effective organization development and capability solutions aligned with specific business needs.
  2. Work with T&G colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions covering organizational development, learning, leadership, talent, inclusion and other related initiatives.
  3. Research industry trends, provide insights, and develop measures to monitor the effectiveness of solutions.
  4. Provide consulting expertise on organization design and effectiveness, supporting leadership and team transitions.
  5. Create impactful leadership development interventions for business leaders and management teams.

Skills

Required

  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Adult Education, Psychology) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years demonstrated success and relevant experience in organization consulting, business partnering, instructional design, learning delivery, and leadership facilitation
  • Deep subject matter expertise and a passionate commitment to progressive learning, organizational development theory, and talent development
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, whether working independently or leading project teams
  • Proven effective training and facilitation skills
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, adept at managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to identify innovative ways for T&G to support business strategy
  • Mature with a strong sense of responsibility, proactive initiative, and a collaborative team player
  • Possesses a good balance between strategic thinking and attention to detail
