What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of global talent programs, ensuring alignment with the company's overall talent strategy, industry best practices, and business priorities.
  2. Manage the full lifecycle of talent programs from conceptualization to continuous improvement, including developing comprehensive change management strategies and leveraging HR technology solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM, Visier) for optimal impact.
  3. Oversee the successful global rollout and adoption of talent programs, providing effective communication, training, and acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to regional HR teams and HR Business Partners.
  4. Establish robust program governance structures, define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, analyze data for continuous optimization, and manage relationships with external vendors.
  5. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels and functions, effectively influencing decision-making and gaining buy-in for program initiatives within a matrixed global organization.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or a related field
  • 8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years specializing in Talent Management
  • Proven experience driving talent strategy for large organizations
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness
  • Experience collaborating with highly matrixed and globally distributed teams and stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP)
  • Proficiency with major HRIS/Talent Management systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
