Salesforce is seeking a Technical Consulting Manager to design and manage the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers. This role involves leading technical design sessions, overseeing custom development, integrations, and data migration, and managing a team of technical consultants. The ideal candidate will have extensive CRM and Salesforce platform experience, strong technical and enterprise skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
  2. Lead technical design sessions. Design and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
  3. Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
  4. Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
  5. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
