What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders across Clinical Results to develop strategy and roadmap to meet their needs.
  2. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and solution designs. Partner with peer organizations such as Quality, Cybersecurity to ensure compliance requirements are captured and translated appropriately.
  3. Own end-to-end delivery of software implementations and system upgrades, including planning, architecture alignment, execution, and release, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to quality and compliance standards.
  4. Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and cybersecurity requirements, including ownership of validation strategy, documentation, and audit readiness.
  5. Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, providing clear communication and mitigation strategies across stakeholders.
