Manager, Token and Chip Business Analytics

This role supports the team responsible for network tokens and EMV chip/contactless payments in North America. The primary focus is on making informed business decisions through research, data analysis, reporting, and synthesizing insights related to tokenization, chip, and contactless payments. The candidate will partner with various teams to support strategy, monitor performance, and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collect and analyze internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting token adoption, payment performance, and client enablement.
  2. Build recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations to support product planning, business reviews, and leadership updates.
  3. Support the team in tracking key metrics, strategic initiatives, roadmap priorities, and market developments.
  4. Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Assist with development of materials for client meetings, internal presentations, and executive updates.

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Degree in business, economics, finance, data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, research, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a related field through full-time work, internships, or academic projects.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about payments, technology, financial services, or digital commerce.
  • Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with payments, fintech, e-commerce, or digital products through coursework, internships, or prior experience.
  • Experience preparing presentations, dashboards, or research summaries for business audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
