What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the HR Operations lead for Total Rewards execution across EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
  2. Manage operational processes related to Total Rewards, including data accuracy, system transactions, compliance documentation, and employee records.
  3. Support annual compensation and benefits cycles, including salary planning, benefits renewals, benchmarking, and survey participation.
  4. Act as a key point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  5. Partner with HR COEs and regional HR teams to implement Total Rewards programs in line with global frameworks and local requirements.
