The role requires strong knowledge of card issuer economics, loyalty mechanics, digital engagement, and data-driven value propositions, as well as collaboration with internal teams and market trend analysis. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with a personal sales quota.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a personal sales quota across Loyalty, Digital and Data products.
  2. Proactively prospect, qualify, structure and progress opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
  3. Support Director-led opportunities through opportunity shaping, proposal development and stakeholder coordination.
  4. Maintain a high-quality, well-qualified pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
  5. Build trusted relationships with FI stakeholders and engage confidently in commercial discussions.
