We're seeking a visionary Workplace leader to spearhead our Eyeline Korea Workplace team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. As a strategic partner and leader in the Global Workplace team, you'll drive operational efficiency, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional Workplace experiences that support growth and innovation for our stunning colleagues and Netflix partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction on workplace services, including planning, operations, and Environmental Health & Safety
- Lead office expansion, relocation, and optimization projects, ensuring seamless execution
- Foster strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and partners to achieve operational excellence
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and risk management
- Oversee budget planning and financial management
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver exceptional Workplace experiences, driving business outcomes
- Maintain compliance documents, participate in EH&S and ERT, and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading Workplace teams
- Extensive expertise in Workplace Experience and Operations, Hospitality, F&B programs, Employee and Workplace Health and Safety
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing vendors and contingent workers
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Passionate about delivering exceptional Workplace experiences and driving innovation
- Prior experience in the tech or entertainment industry is a plus
