What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of physical security for Capital One’s Plano campus and other satellite corporate offices where you will be the primary safety and security point of contact, providing advice and solutions that mitigate physical and safety risks for Capital One.
  2. Proven track record to manage security teams, vendors, and contractors, with expertise in security systems, incident response, and risk management
  3. Incident or crisis management experience, including coordinating with emergency services and law enforcement
  4. Conduct security risk assessments and audits at regional locations and address vulnerabilities
  5. Develop and conduct employee safety and security training programs

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of corporate security, safety and security operations, law enforcement or combination of equivalent experience
