This role supports radar development and sustainment programs, focusing on manufacturing analysis, hardware upgrades, testing, and process improvements. It involves cross-functional support in systems, manufacturing, test, and material management, with a requirement for a Secret clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supports the APN241 program at NGC site and customer location as an individual contributor and in a team environment.
  2. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including systems, manufacturing, test and equipment engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
  3. Provide laboratory support for hardware upgrades, sustainment, and testing. Maintain and upgrade legacy test stations.
  4. Investigate findings for process improvements and make recommendations.
  5. Create and/or modify site documentation, technical drawings, and customer deliverables.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years (or master’s degree plus 0 years) of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronic Test Environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with SAP/ERP or other related system
  • Understanding of RF theories and principles
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Antenna range testing.
  • Proven experience with RF testing and troubleshooting.
