What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the identification, development, and implementation of improvements and modifications to manufacturing equipment and processes to enhance performance and reliability.
  2. Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations, ensuring production, cost, quality, safety and environmental requirements are met.
  3. Monitor equipment and process reliability, identify problem areas and support investigation and corrective actions using structured problem-solving approaches.
  4. Review and analyse engineering change notices (ECNs), determine part or process impacts and coordinate the implementation of approved changes into manufacturing.
  5. Provide engineering support across the planning, development, operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, processes and facilities.
