Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing multi-stage process chains for gearbox components, ensuring series production efficiency, developing the manufacturing structure through lean and digitalization approaches, planning new product manufacturing in coordination with development and production, implementing technologies and machines for new generation manufacturing processes, and identifying cost optimization potentials.

What you'd actually do

  1. Du gestaltest mehrstufige Prozessketten für Getriebebauteile und stellst die Effizienz der Serienfertigung sicher
  2. Du entwickelst die Fertigungsstruktur durch Lean- und Digitalisierungsansätze weiter und optimierst damit die Wertschöpfung
  3. Du planst die Fertigung von Neuprodukten in enger Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung und Produktion (Simultaneous Engineering)
  4. Du implementierst Technologien und Maschinen für die neueste Generation von Fertigungsprozessen
  5. Du identifizierst Kostenoptimierungspotenziale und leitest Maßnahmen ab, die Du direkt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich umsetzt

Skills

Required

  • technical study in production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent
  • ability to convince people of your ideas and inspire them for change
  • good knowledge of technical systems and components
  • negotiation-proof German and English skills

Nice to have

  • promotion is an advantage
  • experience in machining
  • knowledge of REFA, CAD systems, and SAP R/3
  • strong team skills and understanding approach
