  1. Deploy projects and provide support of Machining Manufacturing Engineering to Caterpillar Facilities.
  2. Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
  3. Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or engineering degree
  • English proficiency
  • Understanding G&M code programming, types of NC controls
  • Understanding of CAM (Computer-Aided Machining)
  • Knowledge of GD&T, print reading and modeling
  • Understanding of machining processes (process design, execution and control)
  • Experience with different Machining Center Controls
  • Resolve technical problems and give technical support
  • Ability to support multi‑shift operations and on‑floor troubleshooting

  • Working knowledge with Manufacturing Cells
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, or smart factory technologies
